As a Senior Java Developer, you will be performing the following
Responsibilities:
Technical oversight and coordination of all team technical activities within an Agile Environment.
Mentor more junior team members.
Ensure compliance with all relevant customer technical guidelines including the SELC.
Participate in the development of user stories.
Lead impact and system analysis based on business requirements.
Develop consensus and working relationships with customer technical representatives.
Required skills
8-10 years coding experience
Expertise in Java/JEE,Spring 3,JUnit, AJAX(JQuery)
Experience in JAX-WS Web
services
Desired skills
Google App Engine (PaaS), Oracle Application Gateway
Ability to assist and drive the grooming of backlog and sufficient definition of user stories.
Struts, AJAX (Preferable using DOJO tool kit), OAUTH2
Automated testing tools (Test complete or Selenium)
Continuous Integration experience (e.g., Hudson)
Successful experience using Agile tools such as Rally, Wikis, Scrumboards, Jira, Burn up/down charts.
JBOSS EWS or Tomcat, Linux
Assist customer in maturing Test Automation, Continuous Integration and Test Driven Development capabilities.
Education and years of experience
Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of experience
Clearance
Must be able to obtain/ Maintain a Public Trust
