Legal Secretary - ?Patent Prosecution
The candidate will support members of the intellectual property group.? Will provide domestic and foreign patent prosecution secretarial support to attorneys and patent agents. Prepare applications, responses and other patent prosecution documents for filing with the USPTO and report filings to clients. Review and maintain attorney's dockets and entering their time into DTE on a daily basis. Offer support for miscellaneous client-related projects. Perform general secretarial duties including preparing routine correspondence, reading and routing mail, file maintenance, and screening attorney's incoming telephone calls.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
