Taxi Magic, the leader in mobile ground transportation solutions, is seeking an energetic, upbeat and organized Customer Experience Wizard to help deliver the Magic to the Taxi Magic experience.
Wizards play a vital role at Taxi Magic - interfacing with and acting as champions for our customers. As a Rider Wizard, you'll be charged with assisting hundreds of thousands of riders around the US and making problems disappear when our services don't deliver as expected. You'll work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to identify issues that customers are facing and develop new approaches that make the customer experience more magical. You'll display empathy and passion for the customer experience, helping to improve our service processes and infrastructure as we grow.

Responsibilities:
Interact with riders across multiple channels, spanning Desk.com, website, social media, phone and even in-person events.
Make magic happen. Be able to understand the workings of multiple business lines to interpret and solve customer issues quickly and completely.
Coordinate and communicate with our team of productEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
