Phase2 is seeking a Business Developerwith experience identifing and capturing sales opportunities across all of our given markets and verticals. Responsibilities include creating, qualifying and developing corresponding client relationships that span the entire services lifecycle. Will provide consultative value to the customer while also providing assistance to the project teams active on the account. The Business Developer will work with Phase2's Practice Managers to capture market specific opportunities. This is a customer-facing, revenue-accountable role. The position will report to the EVP of Business Development and will be responsible for identifying, developing, qualifying, and positioning sales opportunities for capture.
Responsibilities
:
Develop a strong understanding of potential customer needs and expectations through direct contact to establish trusted relationships with executives, stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers.
Facilitate prospective customers' understanding of Phase2 capabilities and help shape their perceptions of how Phase2's service and solution offerings will meet their needs.
Proactively develops new leads and contacts via direct prospecting into targeted accounts and build a high quality and quantity pipeline that will yield short, mid, and long-term growth objectives.
Supports business development activities according to strategic account plans.
Establish a consultative relationship with each customer during the sales process.
Respond to RFP's, writesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
