Direct and manage operations of the organization, including select support service functions, in accordance with the annual business plan. Direct and manage creation and maintenance of key operating policies and procedures in alignment with board policies. Maintain ongoing communications, collaborations, and coordination among directors to promote the development of highly efficient and integrated systems and culture to improve program service delivery. Develop a team-based environment for staff, providing for development, collaboration and knowledge-based decision making; ensure that each person has a secure environment in which to thrive. Provide industry expertise and advice to staff in order to facilitate a strong customer service culture and to foster organization-wide understanding of our membership and their specific challenges and needs they face in the clinical research industry. Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of ACRPs programs. Bring a creative problem-solving approach to program management while ensuring that the necessary planning is undertaken to ensure smooth programmatic operations. In collaboration with Executive Director and Director of Finance & Administration, establish annual business plan through a disciplined budgeting process. Establish program metrics, both financial and non-financial, and develop and maintain a system for tracking and reporting results. With Executive Director, develop a strategic planning process in support of organizations mission, develop and oversee implementation of short and long-term goals, and monitor progress against goals. Monitor emerging membership needs, industry trends and changes in legislation and regulations, recommending appropriate changes in strategy to ensure that ACRPs strategic advantage and ability to serve the membership are maintained. Active participate in strategic planning activities in conjunction with Executive Director and administrative team. Provide strategic management of organizational communication and branding for ACRP, the Academy and APCR. Establish and maintain a well-defined brand identity for ACRP and affiliate organizations and oversee adherence with brand standards. Direct and maintain organizational and internal and external communications. Identify and pursue opportunities to increase awareness of ACRP and affiliate organizations in collaboration with the marketing team. 10 to 25% travel to conferences and meetings. Supervises 7 employees.
5 years experience as a Director of Clinical Operations. Requires experience with non-profit association committees, board leadership and governance. Requires CCRA or CCRC certification.
Master's Degree in Business Administration. Foreign Equivalents Accepted.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
