Key Role:
Support process documentation and business improvement efforts within a DoD business operations directorate. Develop and document standardized business processes for business support operations, including billing, acquisition, financial management, and HR. Analyze the root cause of poor business performance and recommend solutions. Develop and execute plans for implementation. Gather data through research and interviews. Gather data on business metrics and compile and report results. Analyze metrics and business performance drivers and recommend improvements to the type of data captured and measured.

Qualifications: -Experience with documenting business operation processes, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, or manuals-Experience with Microsoft Excel-Ability to produce quality documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint-Active Secret clearance-BA or BS degree
Additional
Qualifications: -Experience with Microsoft Project, Project Server, Visio, or Kidasa Milestones Professional software-Knowledge of basic project management terms and concepts-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills-Possession of excellent qualitative and quantitative analysis skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
