Support HR professionalization, evaluate program efficiency, and determine future requirements.
Development of Business Process improvement reviews.
Identify key metrics, key performance indicators, dashboards, and quality control procedures.
Research investment optimizations, implement process automation, develop workflows and requirements documentation.
Business Process Re-engineering experience within the field of Human Resources.
Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and key performance metrics (KPI's) in support of an HR organization.
Experience creating business rules in support of SOPs.
Familiarity with DoD, DNI, USID, OPM directives, policy, procedures, and guidance that directs, instructs, guides the execution of all HR functions, actions, activities, and administrative and management requirements.
Active TS/SCI
Bachelor or master's degree with 5-7 years relevant and/or similar experience
