Certified Scrum Master
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Scrum Master will provide effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership and coaching skills supporting the agile development process and delivery of application.

Job Responsibilities:
Support Agile based SDLC for software development creating necessary standards, tools and best practices.
Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meeting
Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress
Maintain process documentation
Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility
Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practice
Support the development manager and project leads as necessary
Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs
Improve the productivity of the sprint teams

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must be a Certified Scrum Master with 1+ years Scrum Master experience
Experience with Rally as an tracking tool is a plus
Previous software development experience with Java and J2EE web-based applications
Experience working with agile methodologies on large scale, technically complex projects for a large enterprise
Ability to understand technical issues
Ability to prioritize and handle changing deadlines.
Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
Exceptional reporting skills
Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
Ability to coach teams to reach their highest potential
Must be collaborative in driving decisions
Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear sprint performance standards, resolve sprint performance issues, keep team engaged and on task

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
