ARServices is seeking a motivated, Operations Director. The Operations Director will be responsible for managing the business and functional aspects of a major program or multiple programs, either directly or through subordinate program/project managers or directors, in accordance with established contract requirements and/or corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines. Additionally, the Operations Director will be responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated expansion practices within these areas of responsibility and for supporting new business development by leading major proposal efforts or by providing assistance, as necessary, to other corporate managers or representatives.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the performance of cost management, through detailed cost control reviews
Provide technical proposal input, ensuring that analysis is contract compliance and IAW corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines prior to document submission
Ensure that quality assurance (QA) requirements are met - research, collect, analyze, and follow procedural measures to evaluate operational difficulties to determine effectiveness, subsequently identifying alternatives and making recommendations to resolve technical problems and other issues
Effect communication and provide training to ensure the effectiveness of QA policies and procedures
Provide subject matter expertise, both internally and externally, demonstrating a detailed understanding of work products and projects
In coordination with the COO, appoint the appropriate personnel resource/manager to supervise and executeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
