IT Coalition is searching for a Proposal Manager/writer who can lead our proposal efforts and help mature the company's ability to win new business. We expect that this person will have a track record of leading proposal activities for a small business. This requires working in a dynamic and resource constrained environment and wearing multiple hats. We are looking for someone who wants to come in and be a key part of our growth plan and evolve to become a senior member of the management team.
Must be able to break down RFPs and task orders quickly and be able to contribute to writing of sections.
Multi-task and manage multiple efforts simultaneously.
Must have been a proposal manager who has successfully lead and won both single award and IDIQ contracts.
Strong ablility to Write Content, Set Clear Direction on proposal outline, Ensure that all content addresses requirements, Bring in best practices, examples, and Proposal Writing Techniques from past experience, be able to lead efforts to develop win themes & value propositions, and be able to coordinate and integrate content from multiple authors to create a compelling final proposal.
Exceptional organizational skills to track and organize opportunities and proposals from start to finish is a must have.
Experienced leader; and have the ability to lead teams and writers.
Must be able to grasp technical and management approaches and solutions easily and help articulate them in a proposal response.
The right candidate will also be able to contribute to marketing materials, website content, and overall corporate documentation.
Be able to contribute to market research and capture planning activities.
BA/BS in English, business, or related subject
Shipley TrainedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
