Success Factors
The ideal candidate will have an established network of business relationships in this area and possesses experience building relationships with small to mid-sized businesses.
& Outside (B2B) selling experience.
& Constantly generating business leads per day
& Meet minimum monthly sales expectations
& Ability and strong desire to interact with customers on a daily basis
& Able to establish professional relationships with business owners, managers, and decision makers across various industries
& Attend scheduled training and conference calls
& Continually use self-directed programs to master all facets of the business
Preferred attributes:
Candidates with knowledge of banking, business operations, data processing and knowledge is helpful, but not required.
& Proven track record building personal financial success propelled by high energy and activity to achieve greater financial success.
& B.S. degree preferred
& Familiarity with healthcare and non-profits a plus, but not required
& Self-directed and entrepreneurial spirit required to develop strategies for penetrating vertical markets and existing relationships to meet and exceed individual goals.
& Self-motivated and driven to persevere while selling a competitive product group.
& Stable employment history with continuous growth in sales production.
& Ability to jump-start sales activity through a large network of contacts, community involvement and cold-calling.
& Build mutually beneficial partnership with high attention to customer service

Compensation: up to 45k (some flexibility); commissions - no cap on income, lifetime residualsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
