Process Expert II Call Center Automated Predictive Dialer Administrator
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Outbound auto-dialer/predictive dialer administration
- Starts/stops campaigns, prioritizes calling lists to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Monitors campaigns and associates to maximize productivity
- Updates associate skills in telephony system to ensure appropriate call flow
- Researches operations workflow problems and system irregularities
- Develops and tests new systems/strategies
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- BA degree and 3-5 years related experience (outbound dialer, WFM) required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in high-volume outbound contact center operations required.
- Experience in multi-channel (voice, chat, e-mail, etc.) contact centers preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze existing and potential workflows, processes, supporting systems and procedures and identifying improvements required.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and problem solving skills required.
- Schedule flexibility is a must.
