ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
Develop and implement strategies that result in a measurable increase of product and service sales
Develops viable and well thought out plans for presentation to customers
Communicates fully and clearly with all stakeholders and teammates collaborating with them to achieve results
Identifies new leads and referrals and develops client relationships
Meets sales quotas and works to exceed them
Resolves customer concerns in a positive and efficient manner
Completes all departmental paperwork in a timely manner
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven track record in sales/business development in similar markets, including a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
Has an understanding of how construction products and service sales are sold into the targeted market segments
Superior time management skills and ability to excel in a self-directed work environment
Excellent communication (verbal and written) presentation and customer interfacing skills
Experience in consultative selling. Interprets customer needs while applying appropriate solutions
Ability to travel approximately 50%
Makes decisions consistent with the organization's values and ethics
Can interpret customer needs and apply appropriate solutions
Develops innovative solutions to achieve business resultsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
