Report to: Regional Director
Position
Summary:
-Review resumes and schedule applicants for interviews.
-Conduct interviews, administer skills testing and match candidates to open positions.
-Respond to candidates; follow up via email and telephone calls.
-Proactively search various on-line resume databases to recruit qualified candidates.
-Ensure all candidate information is thoroughly entered into database.
-Proactively promote open positions on social media.
-Serve as back up to Receptionist and other team members.
-Perform professional references and employment verifications.
Qualifications
Summary:
-Bachelor's degree required.
-Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
-Ability to work well with others in a team focused office.
-Excellent proofreading, editing and communication skills.
-Ability to multi-task projects in a busy environment.
-Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
-Very friendly and professional telephone demeanor.
-Office experience preferred.
