Title: Associate Budget Analyst
CONUS Locations: Charlottesville VA
Description: Associate Budget Analysts provide the INSCOM client with manpower, programming and budgeting support, performing in-depth financial analyses and comparisons of courses of action, in order to advise the command on the most efficient use of resources. This includes performing Resource Management of Federal Civilian Personnel manpower and budgeting, developing and analyzing data and information for Budget Execution, Execution Data Maintenance, and Current Year Budget Execution Reporting, as well as tracking, evaluating and reporting Resource Allocations and statuses, and Unfinanced Requirements. They contribute to the formulation and analysis of organizational agreements. They support the development and execution of the Training Resource Module inputs, updates, and refinements for Battalion Level Training Models (BLTM), MTOE and Civilian Force Structures, Civilian Cost and Equipment Cost, and Indirect Cost Factors to ensure optimization of program resources. The produce and distribute supporting Data Packages for staffing and execution, and perform in-depth analysis in support of these programmatic resourcing processes. They perform Management Accounting of national intelligence program resources, tracking and reporting data and statuses, as well as responding to inquiries and audits across the command. In addition, these personnel provide Defense Travel System support as required.
Qualifications Required:
Security Clearance: TS
Special Access / Access Eligibility: SCI
Polygraph:
Education: BA/BS Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Management. Candidates may substitute 4 additional years of DOD/ Intelligence Community financial management experience in lieu of a Bachelor s degree.
Credentials: Fiscal Law, PPBE, and Intelligence Resource Management course work
Skills: Communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates
Experience: Five (5) years DoD or IC financial management experience
Additional Qualifications Desired:
Experience supporting INSCOM
Experience supporting Programs of Record at the Service/Federal Agency levels
Experience working with the National Intelligence Program (NIP), the Military Intelligence Program (MIP), and Military Service Intelligence Programs of Record

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
