PRIMARY FUNCTION:
's National Security Division is seeking a Client Program for full-time work in Alexandria, Virginia supporting the Combating Terrorism Technical Support Office (CTTSO).
CTTSO is an interagency combating terrorism organization with the mission of rapid research and development of technologies to meet the needs of users across twelve functional areas of counter terrorism.
The successful candidate will support CTTSO Business Operations Subgroup.
Tasks assigned will include but are not limited to budget management, invoice processing, contract review, and other efforts supporting various RDT&E projects.
The work will require interface with internal subgroups, vendors, and various Government agencies.
This effort will include review and refine of internal processes to maximize productivity and efficiency within the organizational structure.
The successful candidate will benefit from a broad technical and/or operational background and must be a self-starter who is willing to take on new challenges.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting or other related discipline.
At least 5 years' experience in business, operations, financial analysis, and government contracting experience.
Active DOD SECRET Security Clearance.
Desired Qualifications/
Experience:
Experience working on-site at government client location.
Knowledgeable/Experience with finance and invoice, voucher processing.
Knowledge/Experience coordinating with or working in an interagency environment.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Support for business operations, financial analysis, and government contracting.
Planning, researching and analyzing a broad range of management and program operations.
Improving processes in support of organizations mission, specifically supporting better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Experience supporting the management and execution of government office operating budgets Supports invoice processing and mitigates payment issues with DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency), Navy Engineering Logistics Office (NELO) finance, DoD payment office and closeouts.
This includes daily contact with other federal agencies to address customer questions on billing and funding.
Experience with DoD accounting systems such as DFAS (Defense Finance & Accounting Service), WAWF (Wide Area Work Flow) and FMS (Financial Management System).
Creates financial reports to provide accurate financial data to senior leadership.
Monitors the overall obligations to ensure sufficient funds are available for payment.
Review vendor vouchers for accuracy and completeness.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of operational users, technical developers and government program managers.
Perform work independently and as a group member.
Assisting with other front office special projects as needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
