User Experience Designer
DoD UI/UX Developer Alexandria, VA 6-month contract-to-hire Rate Depending on Experience As a UI/UX Developer support work within the DoD, you will be responsible for providing solutions to support our Nation's defense by providing software development, system engineering, and continued build enterprise web portal environments.
Minimum Required Minimum of three years of experience designing/building web applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS3, JQuery and browser debugging techniques.
DoD Active TS/SCI Clearance (poly preferred) UI development using SPARK UI toolkit Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code based on design specifications Build fast, responsive, cross-browser compatible web pages Contribute to user experience strategy while collaborating with team and client.
Preferred Background in Agile/Scrum Methodologies Experience using creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and wire-framing tools.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
