ResponsibilitiesSupport the study and refinement of business processes, IT and business systems, and data to include analytics and data standards.
Document current and known future knowledge, information, and data needed by Commanders at the strategic theater and operational levels.
Include the relationship between these requirements and key strategic theater and/or operational decisions for the Joint Force/COCOM Commander.
Compile data dictionaries, entity relationship diagrams, logical data models, or other available data/documentation for relevant data sources.
Develop, facilitate and track requirement requests, Board reviews, test/validation and Change Management processes.
Ensure new requirement requests are documented according to Program Guidelines and tracked accordingly.
Provide performance management support, including tracking and reporting metrics, functional and technical advice to review, facilitate, and refine requirement documentation into User Stories and functional and technical specifications.
Track capability development timelines, dependencies, and risks and develop recommended courses of action to address risks if required.
Support the development and delivery of training for data analytics and participation at exercises, as requested.
Develop, record, and distribute or deliver in-person capability demonstrations to support user training and leadership awareness.
Solicit feedback and update/tailor training based on lessons learned and training audience.
Support the analysis and specification of requirements that ensure logical and systematic conversion of customer requirements into total systems solutions.
Support the effective acquisition and procurement data management including business information in support of contingency and expeditionary operations.
Support the integration of acquisition, procurement, and business systems, processes and data.
Aid in the definition and documentation of system data requirements and work with stakeholders to ensure data requirements accurately represent user needs.
Map data and assist in the maintenance and accuracy of the Data, which includes mapping data elements from source systems to data aggregators.
Analyze data from numerous information systems to assist in the creation of data solutions and improved data integration.
Prepare for and execute the quarterly group meetings to include creation of read-ahead materials and agendas, track advisory board roster, coordinate with external briefers, distribute meeting invitations with appropriate materials, organize meeting facilities and conference lines, track meeting notes and action items, etc.
Facilitate in developing weekly and monthly status reports containing team deliverables, planned activities, and recent accomplishments.
Support the data analysis team with the integration of new data sources.
Support ad hoc data queries and user inquiries, aiding users in data exploration and analysis.
Perform data checks and process testing to ensure system data is valid, accurate and complete, and to uncover data anomalies; submit new defects as needed.
QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Quick learner, resourceful, and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
Good communication skills, specifically:
listening to customer needs, restating those needs, and documenting your work.
Demonstrated high degree of initiative and self-guided work.
Must be able to work in a team, equally providing guidance and taking direction from other teammates.
Interest in developing solutions which appeal to users of all technical capabilities.
Bachelor s degree or higher in operations research, data science, mathematics, statistics, or other quantitative discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis or related work.
Experience performing analyses with stochastic simulation models.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
