Provider Certification Analyst (Alexandria,VA)

Summary:
The Provider Certification Analyst position will assist in maintenance of TRICARE Provider File online system, including determination of provider certification, eligibility and network status, and ensure accuracy for TRICARE National provider file shared by all TRICARE offices.

Utilize internal and external resources to certify providers joining the TRICARE.
Resolve manual edits to ensure timely claims processing to meet established government timeliness standards.
Resolve incoming provider correspondences to include but not limited to:
provider certifications; correction of provider demographics; W-9 updates, etc.
Resolve special handle issues, claims or projects as assigned by management.
This role could be a good fit if you:
Have previous TRICARE or provider certification experience Demonstrate the ability to navigate multiple systems and on-line resources to complete provider certification applications Demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft Office and be detail oriented Must be able to work independently, analyze data and conduct research while performing the duties of the job Demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written) You ll benefit from this experience by:
