, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking an experienced functional analyst to provide expertise to the Cloud Equipping (cQuiP) program, formerly known as the Standard Study Number-Line Item Number Automated Management and Integrating System (SLAMIS).
Responsibilities will include supporting the development and redesign of current business processes to ensure effective and efficient use of core competencies and application business rules.
The successful candidate must be committed to and adept at problem definition, evaluation, and resolution.
Daily tasks will include:
Supporting the cQuiP Help Desk and answering user questions on the capabilities of the application.
Support monthly Working Group meetings and assistance in the preparation of meeting minutes for periodic Senior Leadership meetings.
Assist with requirements documentation, test script development, and system testing.
Required SkillsMust have an Active Secret clearance.
Ability to collaborate with multiple DoD organizations.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and ensure assigned tasks are complete.
Have strong interpersonal skills in a team-based development environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
Demonstrated ability to take the initiative, and the ability to communicate and work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, fast paced environment.
Ability to govern workload and demonstrated time management skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Gather and analyze information skillfully and accurately.
Required ExperienceMinimum of a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 10 years of analytical experience.
Preferred
Experience:
Prior military experience/background.
Be familiar with Defense Collaboration Services (DCS) application.
Prior cQuiP/ SLAMIS knowledge and usage.
Army logistics/acquisition management experience.
Army PPBE experience.
Help Desk support experience.
Client engagement experience.
AWS Gov Cloud experience is a plus.
