We're hiring Cashiers to join our team!As a Cashier, you will have a variety of responsibilities - from selling to cleaning and everything in between.
Some responsibilities will include:
Taking and Processing Orders:
Be friendly, fast, and effective.
Greet our guests, nicely ask for their order, make sure its correct, and move to the next step.
Guide our guests through the process in a warm, sincere manner by following the Steps of Service belowSuggestive Selling:
Suggestive selling is great service! Help our guests have the best experience by making suggestions and anticipating their needs.
You must be able to describe every item and make recommendations without being aggressive.
You must know the menu well enough to be able to answer general questions about allergens, dietary restrictions, and substitutions.
Register and Cash Control:
Follow the Cash Handling Policy procedures especially when entering orders and payments.
Avoid mistakes and delays by being careful and detailed.
Notify a manager immediately if you need to make a deposit, order change, or need register supplies.
Work carefully with other team members and managers to protect our safety and propertyAnswering the Phone:
Treat our guests the same on the phone as in person.

Preparing and Maintaining:
Use the checklists to start and stay organized, clean, and fully stocked.
Keep personal items such as phones, clothing, and personal beverages and food out of this areaAlways be thinking about whats next - the next step, the next guest, the next phone call, or the nextLook at our guests what do they need? More food or drinks? Clean-up? Directions to the restrooms?Look for ways to help elsewhere are the floors or windows dirty? Do other stations need stocking? Do other team members need help?Practice Food Safety:
Follow the proper procedures especially including properly washing your hands.
Always wash your hands thoroughly and avoid cross contamination when handling food, cleaning supplies, or money.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
