OR Registered Nurse - Ambulatory (FT)

We are licensed, Medicare certified, and AAAHC accredited.
We are seeking an experienced OR RN to provide quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies.
HOURS:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, day shift.
Reporting time is generally 0700 or 0730 but schedule may flex depending on unit's needs JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Circulates and scrubs for surgical procedures as assigned.
Provides communication between team members in the surgical field and persons outside the operating room.
Confirms surgical site with patient and surgeon.
Maintains sterile environment during the surgical procedure.
Conducts and documents sponge/sharps and instrument counts as required during the surgical procedure in conjunction with the OR technician.
Completes intraoperative documentation of the procedure.
Acts as patient advocate during their stay in the operating room.
Assists with room turnover, including disposal of trash and linen, cleaning of OR table and floor, assembly and opening of sterile supplies.
Qualifications:
Two years of operating room nursing experience required.
Scrubbing experience a plus, but not requiredCurrent Virginia RN licenseBLS certification BENEFITS INCLUDE:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
