org_ Referral bonus $5000 Sign-on bonus $5000 Provides clinical services in multiple modalities according to imaging practice standards with equal time spent in each modality based on OU needs and acts as a resource to imaging students and other technologists to ensure optimal department functions.
Administers sound patient care practices according to hospital and department policies and procedures, to ensure the safety of the patients.
Demonstrates radiation protection/ safety for patients, staff and self as outlined in department protocols and regulatory guidelines, to ensure the safety of the patients and staff.
Maintains equipment, exam rooms and work areas in a neat and safe condition, to ensure the safety of the patients and staff.
Ensures quality patient care and customer satisfaction through optimal imaging.
Demonstrates proficiency in two or more imaging modalities.
Demonstrates the initiative to stay abreast of current technology and shows evidence of professional growth.
Develops and assists in continuous performance improvement within the department in order to maintain optimal quality patient care.
Demonstrates independent judgment necessary to support an effective work environment.
IND6#LI-AY1## Requirements Referral bonus $5000 Sign-on bonus $5000 CT/Diagnostic coverage for evening/overnights.
Previously 8hr shift 5/days/week will not be M-Thur 10hrs shifts 9p-7am.
Must be CT registered with experience working with GE CT and Philips Diagnostic systems.
Will be expected to cover both CT and Diagnostic patients from the ED and in-patient floors.
As a Certified Code Stroke Center, the applicant is expected to be knowledgeable in CT perfusion studies and work independently on the overnight shift.
One year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital/healthcare environment.
Graduate of an accredited school/program of radiography.
Additional training in one or more modality will be completed within one year of hire into the position.
Must be able to perform in 2 or more modalities with at least even the amount of time spent rotating in each annually based on the needs of the OU.
ARRT registered as a Radiologic Technologist must obtain advanced certification in applicable modality within one year of training:
Basic life support card- required Must be licensed as required by the state of employment if employed at an INOVA free-standing Imaging Center not affiliated with one of the INOVA Hospitals.
